We use Ringover as our IVR phone but we would like to use intercoms IVR. We can’t switch because we need to be able to receive and make calls on mobile phone. Please add phone in mobile conversations app for incoming and outgoing calls. Then we can move all of our team to intercom.

Yes this issue is preventing us from moving more of our team into Intercom phone. Need to be able to either have the calls forwarded to cell phone number, or utilize Intercom mobile app for phone calls.

I can’t believe all the mobile app does is tell you “Inbound phone call” and without any available actions. At least add the ability to transfer it to another line.
We really need this. Currently stuck with Freshcaller to handle this, would really like to move to Intercom.
