Pin FIN's conversation so that my user can follow the steps that he outlined while working on the system

My users want to be able to keep FIN’s answer open while they follow his steps in the program. Perhaps we could add the option to pin his overlay speech bubble. Keeping an article open in another tab does not fulfill this as FIN's steps are sometimes from a combination of articles and more precise to what the user needs
