We are adding a product tour to our software using Intercom.
We watched demo from a software company that use AI to help develop a product tour. That was the only differentiator between Intercom’s Product Tour vs them.
It would be great to have an ability to use Fin help guide the product tour during onboarding. For example, he can ask - do you work for X or Y industry - are you a regular user or an admin and then deliver product tour/onboarding based on what client has selected and then getting better with time - noticing what people are doing more of - settings, training or something else and adjust product tour according to that data.
