Integrating Intercom into the mobile app environment does not include as much value as we had hoped. Users even when verified cannot do product tours, valuable analytics are not captured…
The ability to have a guided product tour in mobile apps is such low-hanging fruit I am surprised it isn’t already introduced.

We are madly looking for “product tours” & “tool tips” for android mobile app. Intercom has a beautiful segmentation where user is part of multiple businesses. But we are demotivated seeing that we cannot take advantage of the same since product tour is not feasible on android mobile apps. I dont think anyone in the market has solved the user segmentation in such a beautiful way. So every other tool is failing in the first step i.e. segmenting users basis business conditions. Please prioritise product tours for mobile apps at the earliest
We would LOVE product tours and tool tips for mobile as well! This would make a fantastic addition to our app.
