Agree, the disconnected between test and prod workspaces causes environments to become out of sync with each other in terms of config changes. We’re finding the test workspace less and less useful and end up building new workflows and other features in our prod instance  - which is bad practice!

“Promote to prod” or “Export/Import” for all customizations would be a quick win to improve the situation without full environment versioning and sync (better but much more effort to implement).
