Remove priority star via a workflow

You can add a priority star to a conversation through workflows, but it doesn’t seem that you can remove one. There are situations where my team manually removes the star once they’ve responded to a thread. I’d like to automate removing the star once a reply is sent so they don’t have to remember to remove it.
