It would be beneficial if agents could search for macros by their content in addition to their titles. This would allow them to quickly locate the specific macro they need without having to recall the exact title of the macro.

Was just coming here to request the same. Articles are searchable by words when adding them to a conversation and that would be sooo great for macros too.

Yes! We are moving over to Intercom soon and have found that we will still need to use our Text Expander team account because the search functionality is lacking in Intercom. Updating this would help us to eliminate a subscription for another external tool. 🙏
+1We use a third party tool for macros as the macro body search functionality is missing in Intercom. Our team has 100s of Macros and just searching on title doesn’t cut it.
Can this please be revisited? This is a major pain point for us when trying to update and audit macros. This seems like a relatively simple function so hope to see it soon.
