We just switched from Delighted to Intercom for NPS Surveys. We are also using Surveys to collect general product feedback. There is no way to send survey results to slack (either with the Intercom/Slack app or through 3rd party tools like Zapier. It is annoying to manually screenshot survey results and add them to Slack every day.

Any update on this? ALL of the NPS tooling i have used has this capability and we will downgrade if we can’t respond quickly to NPS when we need to.
