We would like to be able to natively (via Workflows and Fin Tasks) choose the method by which surveys will be sent to customers after interactions. For instance, we’d like to be able to set up phone surveys that send via email or text rather than on the phone. I know this can be done manually via outbound messaging, but it isn’t connected to the conversation for scoring so that’s a barrier.
