Hey,
There are many cases where we use Fin as the AI classifying tool and not necessarily as an agent that should react in the conversation.
However, currently there is not an option to “silently” have Fin handover the conversation to a human agent, since Fin is always by default sends an handoff message.
I would appreciate if this would be changed and we would be able to control if this message appears or not.
