Currently, when a user is using slack to interact with us- we don’t have the ability to act on emoji reactions during the conversation.
Intercom does have the “start a conversation according an emoji” but it’s only at the start of a conversation, not during it.
For example, I answered a customer and they reacted to my message with the emoji “thumbs up” (not as a text message, but reaction to my message), In those cases I would like to create a trigger that will automatically close the conversation- and not continue with other flows.
