I’d like to see the ability to turn off smart replies (at the admin level) to ensure an entire team is / is not using them as preferred by the org.

Smart Replies - option to turn off
The Smart Reply is probably based on which Macro is used the most. In our case this is a message we send once a month to certain users. No need to have this as our preferred reply.
Please create an option to turn off. It’s visual clutter and confusing.
Yes please! This is terribly annoying and doesn’t feel very “smart” in our use case.
It has added another layer of distraction, and now I need to actively check that I’m not accidentally sending the wrong text.
In our case, the macro it keeps suggesting is meant for very specific conversations, so having it appear elsewhere is particularly risky. We really need an option to turn Smart Replies off. 🙏
