The ability to exclude audience in Fin's guidence

Thanks so much for raising this, really good question and one that comes up quite a bit 🙌

Good news, this is already possible today. Create a Fin audience with a negative rule, for example tag the person you want to leave out and set the rule to "Tag is not [your tag]" (or "Email is not…"). Then apply that audience to your guidance and Fin will follow it for everyone except that person.

One small thing to know: there's no exclude toggle on the guidance itself, and selecting several audiences works as OR, so the trick is building the inverse audience. Worth a quick run in Batch Testing before going live.
