This was a good option for making the chat more user-friendly. You didn't have to remove it. It was one of the best options for adjusting our replies to customers. I was looking for a similar tool for the other services I use, and it was just like yours. That was a bad move, and you don't need to do that. I like the new UI and Intercom overall, but that was a shame, to be honest. Bad move.
