Hi! When reviewing conversations to spot trends, I often use the “Drill In” view because it’s a much faster way to scan conversations without fully opening them.
However, unlike the Inbox view, the preview doesn’t have the AI translations feature. Since our audience speaks multiple languages, this makes it very difficult to quickly understand what’s happening across conversations.
It would be incredibly helpful if conversation previews in the “Drill In” view supported the same translation functionality as the Inbox view. That would make this already great workflow much more usable for global support teams.
