Not all companies selling products which give users some sort of access with login page. Due to that thous companies have limitation of using tickets portal or authorize users in messenger.
issue a lot of leads no correct structure in contacts.
Intercom can make some sort of login option prom messenger with ability create login to self service platform to ticketing platform directly from messenger window
