Hey!

Is there a possibility for macros to use values set in custom conversation attribute?
I have some extra information that I store in custom attribute but I see no way of using it in the macro.

Hi @karol t

Jennifer here from Intercom 😊

I can confirm that only Company and People attributes can currently be used in Macros but I’m happy to pass this feedback on to our product team as a feature request for you 🚀

Hope this helps 🙏🏻

We also need that feature, would be nice to have more options with macros. Especially in side-conversations this could be really helpful!

We also need that! For a lot of different fields. It would be interesting to have the possibility to use all the attributes in the macros.

We really need this as well as we need to add conversation data to the Calendly links we send.

Hello,

Since more than 1 year, this feature is still not released.

Do Intercom have plan to release it @Jennifer K ?

This is already available in Custom Action (Conv attributes) so why it’s taking long time for that use case?

Thanks

Hey there👋
Thank for all your feedback concerning this feature request.

I can assure you that our Product team is working on this feature to you as soon they can.

Whenever we do release new features, we'll announce it on the Product Changes page, so I'd recommend keeping an eye here

@Jennifer K @Ebenezer.Laleye  This is a popular one, I wonder if we should move this over as a community to the Ideas section and vote it up there if it’s not there already? Then we can track the progress too.
