It would be nice to be able to start a workflow and perform some actions when a teammate is assigned.

In our case we would like to automatically set the ticket state from Submitted to In Progress when a teammate is assigned.

    This is critically important as it allows the team to concentrate on the In Progress state cases that have been assigned to them.
