Not tagget

Question

We are seeing an increase of conversations that are not tagged, but i cannot see to find any reason to why this keeps happening. Nor do i have insight to why in the FAQ. Any tips?

Are you tagging themmanually/workflows/api etc.?It may be worth opening up a conversation in the messenger for further investigation as there may need to be more information gathered here before a issue can be identified.Our team would be more than happy to help get to the bottom of your issue 💪🏼

Hi,You can utilize Conversation Data instead of Tags.The reason being is when setting up Conversation Data, you can require a specific attribute to be filled before a conversation can be closed. This ensures all conversations are tagged appropriately.
