Is anyone else having issues with opening attachments (regardless of the file type ...some are just standard .PDF) in Intercom?
We’re getting the following errors when trying to open attachments:
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

It was a bug and was quickly identified and resolved by the Intercom team.
