Question about email series - I thought that new people who entered a campaign would not receive "past emails" (ie. with specific date-based waits). But I had new entrants get all past emails at once. What do I need to do to keep that from happening?

Hey @julie w​, I'd recommend contacting our Support team directly about this with a link to the Series and a link to one of the users who received the "old" messages. They've got all kinds of tools at their disposal to help them diagnose Series issues and help you resolve them!
