Hey @user250 👋 Interconnected is built on Salesforce Community Cloud, a third-party platform. We went with a third-party solution as we needed a tool which was immediately powerful and scalable for a company of our size, and Community Cloud was a perfect fit!
We don't have any plans to offer a community forum product at this time.
