Is there anyway to connect intercom to twilio? I would like to connect the two so that support center operators can send SMS from inside intercom

We don't have an official Twilio integration, but if you're using SMS with Intercom, you might find our SMS feature useful! If you need to use Twilio, I'd suggest checking out Zapier. They seem to have methods to trigger SMS in Zapier based on an action taken in Intercom!
