Is there anyway to connect intercom to twilio? I would like to connect the two so that support center operators can send SMS from inside intercom

We don't have an official Twilio integration, but if you're using SMS with Intercom, you might find our SMS feature useful! If you need to use Twilio, I'd suggest checking out Zapier. They seem to have methods to trigger SMS in Zapier based on an action taken in Intercom!

Intercom now has native SMS, so you can manage texts in the Inbox. If you want to bring an existing Twilio number over, Intercom supports porting some numbers, though once it’s moved, other services using that number might be affected.
If you need to keep the number connected to Twilio, Octopods is another route. I work there, and it connects a Twilio SMS number to Intercom so incoming texts and replies are handled in the Inbox. You can also send a one-off SMS from an Intercom conversation. So the choice mostly comes down to whether you want to move the number to Intercom or keep it on Twilio.
