Hi! I know I am subutilizing Intercom. Need to hire an expert to design my inbox, fin, bots, etc to make the most out of my subscription.

We wouldn’t be able to provide this on the Intercom end of things, however adding @Nathan Sudds @Milan & @Kevin Bendixen in case they have any resources for this!
