Hey everyone, I’m running into something odd when sharing longer urls inside intercom chats. For example, when I drop something like https://blxfruitscript.com/redz-hub-blox-fruits-script/ into a reply, sometimes it doesn’t preview properly or users say it doesn’t open on mobile. Could this be related to link formatting, security filters, or message length limits?
I’m also wondering if this behavior changes when links are inside automated replies or bots compared to normal agent messages. Any tips on making sure links stay clickable and reliable for users?
