Hey @NuncEstBibendum, I don’t think you can disable the Messenger in the help centre (on mobile at least - on web, you can set the messenger to only display on your web app’s domain like in this post).
Can you share a little about how showing the messenger is causing trouble at the moment, and why that’s important to fix? That might help us give some more suggestions here!

Thanks for your answer. I would like to disable the Messenger in the Help center so I can better manage the context in which users start a chat with our team.
We have multiple sections in our app where the users can start a chat with us, but I don’t want the Help Center to be one of them.
It’s not an issue per se, but rather a thing that I would like to have control on.
Got it - thanks for sharing that! I can’t really think of a simple way to do this, but out of curiosity, what would Intercom need to add to have you have all of the context needed to give users the messenger in the help site?

Have you tried adjusting the Messenger display conditions in your settings?
It might look something like this:

Well, it will work for the Help Center definitively (I’ve tested it on my test workspace).
If it comes to Messenger visibility in the Mobile SDK you can restrict it programmatically. Here is the article about how to use the Intercom with the Android SDK.
