Is there anyone I can talk to about the new style or new structure of Intercom’s/Fin’s public articles? I noticed the left side bar and other things. Can we also do that with our public articles?

Hi
You can switch within your Intercom workspace settings.
The switch is opt-in, and you can revert to the classic design at any time. Your existing articles, collections, logo, colors and fonts carry over without migration.
How to switch: Intercom's guide is Switch to the new Help Center design.
Once it's enabled, article page options are under Settings > Help Center > Configure and style > Styling > Article page.
