After I complete the information to sign-up for a new account I am redirected to a “403 Forbidden: Workspace Suspended” page.

On the back of what ​@Nur Nahid said, your workspace may have been flagged for some reason causing it to be suspended. 

If you haven’t yet, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can get it unsuspended and you should be good to go! :)

Hey! That usually means the workspace you're trying to access has been suspended by Intercom — often due to billing issues or a violation of terms.

If it happened right after sign-up, it might be a mistake. I’d recommend reaching out to Intercom Support directly so they can check and reactivate or guide you through next steps.
