Anyone using a third party app for image uploads?

Curious to know if anyone is using something other than the native image/file uploader for customers inside of messenger ? Thanks for your insight!

Hey ​@Anthony Miller 2weekend support engineer Paul here adding my two cents.Most teams use Intercom’s native file uploader, but some go further by embedding custom apps in Messenger for more control, linking to external upload forms (like Jotform or Typeform), or guiding users to upload via services like Google Drive. If you need structured uploads, larger file support, or extra fields, a custom app or external form might be a better fit. Let me know your use case and I can suggest the best approach!
