Hi Everyone,

We have enables the support/help article section in Message panel. We are facing with the loading of the article on the page refresh. The steps followed mentioned below:

  1. Click on messenger
  2. Open the help article
  3. Refresh the page
  4. Now the previously opened article is showing Blank.

 

Below is the method which is giving 404 error. Have any of you have also experience the same. Your help will be much appreciated.

  2. Request Method: GET
  3. Status Code: 404
