We have a survey app for Intercom. If the app is inserted to the messenger home (the "Add apps to your Messenger" section in settings), the survey can only be answered once for each user. How might it be possible to allow multiple responses? Is this something we would need to enable on our end? Or is it even possible?
@cory b​ A possible option is to attach the survey app in your outbound message and send the message multiple times to get multiple responses. Would this work for you?

For this case I'm actually asking for a mutual user of ours and wanted to confirm how apps on the messenger home works.
@cory b​ Surveys apps will be flagged only once. Once the user completes the survey, it will not be available. If a new survey is added to Messenger apps, it will show again and will be visible until it is completed.
