We cannot send message via  messenger. Also closing conversations is not possible.

Hey @JuliaVos 👋  Thank you for flagging this with us. We experienced some database issues impacting all aspects of Intercom. Our own instance of Intercom was also affected, meaning that the team are only getting a chance to reply to you about this now.
