Conversation Tags Embed in Macros

Within a new conversation that was initial supported by custom bot, is it possible to reference conversation data fields in macros after handing off from bot --> human?

Thanks in advance.

At the moment, macros can only reference customer, author or company attributes as well as events. You can set conversation data with macros but cannot reference it, I'm afraid. However, this would indeed be a great feature. I'll make sure to add it as a feature request for you so our Product Team is aware you'd like to see this in the future. As a note, when/if this feature is released you'll be able to see it on our Product Changes page. Thank you for your suggestion!

@oseas Understood. Yes, it would be helpful to have the added flexibility as described above. I'll keep an eye out for new product feature announcements. Cheers!
