Hi there, can we add links into the Welcome Message chat box?

I notice we can add / create links in a customer conversation, but would also like to add one into the main part of our welcome message Any help is much appreciated!

Hey @user1334​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here &#128295;It is possible to add links to your welcome message, though only in the form of the full URL (www.example.com).
