I notice we can add / create links in a customer conversation, but would also like to add one into the main part of our welcome message

 

Any help is much appreciated!

It is possible to add links to your welcome message, though only in the form of the full URL (www.example.com). It currently is not possible to hyperlink text like how you would in the Messenger.
