May I know how to configure the URL for Reply in our Messenger button? Currently it is not working for me when merchants click on that button.

I see my teammate already responded to your conversation started in our Messenger.

I'll share the answer so others know what their options are here:

 

  1. You can be added to a feature flag and then you'll be able to specify the reply URL.
  2. Or we can opt you in to another feature flag where all email notifications are disabled for all users.
