May I know how to configure the URL for Reply in our Messenger button? Currently it is not working for me when merchants click on that button.

I see my teammate already responded to your conversation started in our Messenger.
I'll share the answer so others know what their options are here:
- You can be added to a feature flag and then you'll be able to specify the reply URL.
- Or we can opt you in to another feature flag where all email notifications are disabled for all users.
