How do I hide the welcome message that pops up automatically on my site?

Currently I see the logo and a message.

 

I just want the intercom logo to show up and nothing more.

Oddly, I don't think there's a way. But that expanded pop up you see I believe only appears rarely — like the very first time someone ever visits your site. It shouldn't appear for a return Lead or a logged in User.
