Has there been any change to copying and pasting images from a conversation back into a conversation? If I open an image in another tab or copy an image directly from the conversation I cannot paste back into the conversation or notes.

Yes, you are right here it's stopped working from Agent and from the User side as well. I just tested and it's not possible to paste picture inside the chat window =(
