I would like to add one more option below "Send us a message", but I couldn't add it to the workflow.
The workflow only allows me to add options after selecting one of the following options (Help, Messages, Send us a message)
Is it possible to do it?

I’m afraid it’s not possible to customize the Messenger spaces. You can only choose from the options listed below 👇
You can, however, create your own app and add it to the Messenger home, as per the screenshot below:
