Is it possible to turn off the response time indicator (Back on Monday, Back in 30 minutes)

Question

I would prefer to remove the Back on Monday/Back in 30 Minutes text that is in the Messenger (as described here) and replace it with a bot response after the first question.  Is that possible?  Any guidance is appreciated.  Thanks!

Hey @andy c12​ for this one you would need to turn off your office hours under Messenger > Settings. That will remove the "back in 30 minutes". You may also want to turn off the "share your typical reply time" under the Operator settings for users and also leads.To set up something after a user/lead asks a question you can set up a Custom bot > From a new Conversation and place your message in there.Hope that helps.Brent
