Hello Intercom Community,

 

We recently started using Intercom for our company Swipe.

 

Can we change the location of the icon and its appearance?

Yes, definitely! You can create your own custom launcher that you can assign any button/icon to, and set it to open the Messenger when a customer clicks on it. More on that here!
