I've been able to been able to edit Lead Source in Operator/Custom Bots, but can't find anywhere to edit this in Messenger. New Salesforce Leads from Messenger are all showing as Intercom - would like to change that.

Hello @garima k , to map and sync qualification data, you should visit Salesforce app settings.

Hey @garima k! If you're creating Salesforce leads from the Inbox, the source will always show as "Intercom" in SFDC. It's only possible to define the source if you're creating the leads through Operator or Custom Bots.
