Hey @user892​, this is unexpected behaviour, these buttons should indeed be showing in Japanese when the user's browser language is Japanese. I would suggest that you connect with our Support team via the Messenger in your Intercom workspace to resolve this.

@user892​ You are correct, the Intercom messenger uses the browser language to determine which version to display

Hey @user892​, this is unexpected behaviour, these buttons should indeed be showing in Japanese when the user's browser language is Japanese. I would suggest that you connect with our Support team via the Messenger in your Intercom workspace to resolve this.
