I added a “New Converstation” widget in Home but it is not visible to the visitors
Only “search for help” widget is visible.
“New Converstation” widget should be added under “search for help” widget.
How can i fix this issue?

f you hover over to the General settings tab, can you check whether ‘Let visitors start a conversation’ is turned on?
If it’s not on, that might be the reason it’s not showing.

Actually, this option is already enabled but the “new conversation” was not visible
