We have a react-native/expo app and are having issues opening any help center articles shared to users via the intercom messenger on our app. The same exact article works without any issues when sent to the same user but opened on Intercom messenger running on our web app instead.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @Tiago Cruz , Seán here from the Intercom engineering support team 👋 the first thing we always recommend when issues arise with the mobile SDKs is to update to the latest version if not currently on it. The latest version is current 9.4.0, but if you’re currently on this it may need to be passed to our Inbox support to take a closer look at what might be going on. Let me know if this still is an issue on the latest version (or if you’re on the latest version) and I can raise this conversation to them!
