Same as for a workflow, I would like to be able trigger my News tab in the chat messenger to specific users only. In that way, I would like to set up rules. 
For instance, I would like a News XYZ to be visible only for Users A, but not for users B & C.

Hey ​@Ryan Parker , thanks for your answer on that. However, it seems that the newsfeed as display in the article is not available on the newest version of Intercom. I don’t have “News Feed”, I only have “News”. 
In my version, I cannot set up the audience rules based on tags for instance, or attributes, which I would like to do. 
I can only select the audience as Visitors, Leads, or users. I would like to personalize the rules as in the past.

I found it in the settings. :)
Would be amazing if we could have the Newsfeed directly accessible via the outbound messaging as it is related. 

Generally speaking, I am always a bit lost on what is in the settings and what isn’t.
