The From and Reply‑to fields

Hi there, 

The new ‘From and Reply‑to’ fields are always visible when you’re writing an email, I’ve noticed this change today, 23 July 2026.

Can you please make this a preference so that one can toggle this on/off based on experience. I get that this is nice for people to see who they are sending the email to which is great but not ideal if it is going to take up that much space.

It takes up the view in a conversation so make the conversation section smaller due to the block.

Hey ​@Cemone Julies , what you’re seeing is part of the newer email composer behaviour, we now shows a live preview of the resolved From address in the composer, and the goal is to make the actual sending/reply routing clearer before the email is sent.

At the moment, it’s not possible to toggle those From / Reply-to fields on and off in the standard email composer.

I suggest posting this in our Product Wishlist.
