We received a chat today advising PASSWORD EXPIRING TODAY 1/11/21.


here is a screenshot of the chat. we have not received this before. what is this and why are we receiving this? Been on the platform for 3.5 years and never received this message before.

BTW: Intercom never asked me about change my password via chat, so it already looks suspicious. The best way will be to contact Intercom support ASAP.
