What kind of data does Intercom’s Messenger script track? Can I get it to track data specific to my company?

By default, the Intercom Messenger tracks your customers’ geolocation data (city, country etc.), the number of web sessions, the last URL they viewed on your site, when they last visited your site, when they last messaged you and when you last messaged them. Additionally, for logged-in users, you can track attributes like their name, email address, user_id and when they signed up to your platform.

If you want to track data specific to your company/Intercom workspace, you can follow this guide on how to track customer attributes.
