Why is the 'During office hours' & 'Outside office hours' option greyed out when i try and set it to send out of hours or during office hours?

I have to get around it at the moment by selecting Custom times.

Hey Karl!

 

This occurs when you haven't set up your default office hours.

 

When checking this page, make sure you've changed this option from Always on to your hours.
