Hey @user2152​ ! If you have any adblockers or if you do not have an active subscription the Messenger may not show. Also, if you have trusted domains listed then it would show. only on those domains. I would suggest you start a conversation from the Messenger in your workspace, so that teammate from support will be able to hop on and investigate the issue.
